Depending on the distance between our factory and our product, the customer is reached within 24 hours in Turkey and as soon as possible if abroad.

Our service team conducts the necessary testing as they get to the field. They make a temporary diagnosis. They treat the situation if the trouble can be relieved on-site. If not possible, with the approval of the customer directs the product to be transferred to our factory. Repairs under guarantee are conducted as soon as possible.
